Transcending Design

APRIL 24, 2019 | ANN ARBOR, MI—

Student Housing Business' Innovator Awards honor excellence in development, architecture/design, and sustainable design. Chosen among hundreds of excellent submissions of both on- and off- campus housing developments, Myefski Architects’ design of Hub Ann Arbor has been selected as the winner of the Best New Development for Off-Campus Housing (under 400 beds) category.

“Hub Ann Arbor exemplifies the talent we have within the design and project team,” said Josh Sacks, Associate. “Thoughtful and inventive solutions were sought throughout the entirety of the design process, which ultimately resulted in an innovative building that elevates the student housing experience.”

Designed in collaboration with Core Spaces, the award-winning Hub Ann Arbor is conveniently located near the University of Michigan campus. Consisting of 124 units and 310 beds across 12 floors, the Hub brings an unprecedented living experience to the city's downtown area. Expertly modeled to infuse as much natural light as possible, these modern urban dwelling units offer residents an illuminating place to call home. Top-of-the-line amenities include a striking rooftop deck with a 25' infinity hot tub, as well as a fitness center, spa, and group lounging spaces.
