IT’S GOOD TO BE GOLD
NEW YORK, NY—The Dean Campustown received Gold designation in the 2021 MHN Excellence Awards. Multi-Housing News selected the project for this top honor among other entries in the Best New Development & Design Student Housing category.
The 17-story, 672-bed mixed-use development was designed and built with resort-style amenities and deluxe interior finishes. One juror commented, "This project is about the user experience. It was very thoughtfully executed with a vibrant sense of discovery."
