This past weekend, the Venice Architecture Biennale opened its doors to the public and the world of architecture took the city by storm. After months of preparation, the Myefski Architects team was thrilled to see their projects come to life in the Time Space Existence exhibit alongside the Biennale.
"It’s an honor to display our projects in Venice alongside this talented set of architects and designers from across the world,” said John Myefski. “The European Cultural Commission did an excellent job prioritizing work that gives visitors an inside look at the art of architecture and how design impacts our world.”
After participating in the exhibit for the first time in 2021, the Myefski Architects team felt inspired to take this year’s display to the next level, creating a more engaging experience through large and small-scale models as well as video and sound elements.
“Unlike art, which we often experience at museums and galleries, architects don’t often get a chance to display their work in a setting like this,” said John. “There’s more to architectural design than the final buildings we live, work and play inside. We hope our exhibit shines a little light into the inner workings of our world.”
The exhibition runs through November 26, 2023 and Myefski Architects projects can be found at Palazzo Mora. If you find yourself in Venice, it’s a must visit!
